Registration
The AAOS 2027 Annual Meeting will take place at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center, Las Vegas, NV, from March 3–6, 2027, running Wednesday through Saturday under a new, shorter meeting schedule introduced for 2027 based on attendee feedback.
AAOS has cautioned attendees that unaffiliated organizations sometimes pose as official representatives; registration, housing, and payment details should only be handled through the official AAOS-designated channels.
A notable change for 2027 is that Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs) are now included with standard Annual Meeting registration rather than sold separately, alongside a streamlined, one-hour ICL format designed to eliminate scheduling overlap and free up more dedicated Exhibit Hall time.
The AAOS 2027 Call for Abstracts opens April 1, 2026; further program and submission details are shared via the official AAOS Annual Meeting site as planning continues.
